Good equipment can do more than sit in storage.
CPER is a registered non-profit built around a simple idea: keep useful technology useful for as long as practical, then recycle it responsibly when it reaches the end of its life.

A computer can be retired from one job and still be useful for another.
Businesses often replace technology because of refresh cycles, standardization or changing software requirements-not because every device has stopped working.
When practical, CPER evaluates working equipment for refurbishment, resale, parts recovery or donation. This keeps usable devices in service longer and reduces the amount of material that needs to be processed as e-waste.
Need refurbished equipment?
If your registered charity or non-profit organization could make use of refurbished computers or other electronics, contact CPER and tell us what you need.
Availability changes, so we cannot promise specific models or quantities. We can review current inventory and let you know whether there may be a fit.

Reuse should be simple for your organization.
For qualifying commercial loads, CPER can arrange free pickup in our service areas. There is no membership fee or annual contract required to take part in the program.
Tell us what you have
You do not need a perfect inventory. A rough count, a few model numbers and some photos are usually enough to start.
